We’re looking for a Web Motion Designer with proven skills and proficient work experience using Webflow or similar tools. This position requires an individual who has a passion for creating effective website designs for exceptional marketing purposes.

As a Web Motion Designer, your typical day will vary depending on our client’s work demands. You’ll be expected to complete the following tasks:

• Use motion graphics to create striking content and build brand personality for our clients.
• Review client-specific website needs based on our client onboarding system.
• Lead and assist in the art direction of our internal team.
• Being hands-on as a Web Motion Designer and ensuring you bring modern, fresh designs to your work.
• Coordinate with our internal team to develop website components.
• Ability to create polished design prototypes and mockups for review.
• Occasionally consult with clients to develop and note website requirements.
• Understand client needs and emulate them in your work.

To truly excel at this role, we’d like you to have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Web Motion Designer or a similar role.
• Can follow branding frameworks while still being conceptual and creative.
• Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and image/graphic manipulation.
• Ability to create new design assets and work on existing ones.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet client deadlines.
• Knowledge and practice of Web Motion Designer software.
• Ability to be seated for multiple hours a day at a computer workstation.
