We’re looking for a Webflow developer with proven skills and proficient work experience using Webflow. This position requires an individual who has a passion for creating effective website designs for exceptional marketing purposes.

As a Webflow Developer, your typical day will vary depending on our client’s work demands. You’ll be expected to complete the following tasks:

• Review client-specific website needs based on our client onboarding system. Building websites in Webflow and showing work to our internal team.
• Being hands-on as a Webflow Developer, utilizing Webflow Features, and ensuring you bring modern, fresh designs to your work.
• Coordinate with our internal team to develop website components.
• Creating high-fidelity mockups in Figma software. Ability to create polished design prototypes and mockups for review.
• Occasionally consult with clients to develop and note website requirements.
• Understand client needs and emulate them in your work.

To truly excel at this role, we’d like you to have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Webflow Developer or experience on a similar platform.
• Possessing current Webflow certification is a big plus.
• Proficiency with Webflow, Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original, dynamic designs with best website practices in top of mind.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet client deadlines.
• Understanding UI/UX standards in Webflow building.
• Able to understand HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Organized and efficient while being flexible and easygoing to client needs.
• Ability to be seated for multiple hours a day at a computer workstation.
